All three have 6.5 or 8.5 inch all-terrain tyres for grass, gravel and footpaths, LED lights and a Bluetooth speaker. The G13 models carry riders up to 80 kg and are where most younger kids start. The G2 Warrior takes up to 120 kg, with bigger wheels and motors for kids who have outgrown a smaller board.

What size hoverboard is best for a 6 year old?

A 6.5 inch hoverboard like the G13 or Minions G13. The smaller deck and 12 km/h top speed make it easier to learn on. The 8.5 inch G2 Warrior suits riders aged 9 and up.

Are hoverboards safe for kids?

Our kids hoverboards are UL2272 certified and self-balancing, with non-slip foot pads. Kids should always wear a helmet and learn with an adult nearby, starting on flat, open ground.

How much is a kids hoverboard?

Our kids hoverboards start from $379 for the G13, with the Minions G13 and G2 Warrior for Minions fans and older riders.

Where can kids ride a hoverboard in Australia?

Hoverboards are for private property, parks and paths where they are allowed, not roads. Rules vary between states and councils, so check your local rules before riding in public.

Yes. Add a hoverboard go kart attachment and the hoverboard becomes a seated kart, which is a great option for younger kids.
