Couriers We Use

We partner with Couriers Please, Australia Post, TNT, and Direct Freight Express. The courier is selected based on your location and the size of your order.

Order Processing

Orders are packed and dispatched within 1-2 business days of purchase (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on your location:

  • Victoria (VIC): 1–3 business days
  • New South Wales (NSW) & South Australia (SA): 2–4 business days
  • Tasmania (TAS) & Australian Capital Territory (ACT): 4–6 business days
  • Queensland (QLD), Northern Territory (NT) & Western Australia (WA): 4–12 business days

If you live in remote area, delivery times may vary.

Delivery Costs

A standard delivery fee applies to all orders. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Free shipping promotions may apply from time to time — please refer to current offers advertised on our website.

Tracking Your Order

Once dispatched, a tracking number will be provided via email so you can monitor your delivery.

Missed Deliveries

If you are not available at the time of delivery, the courier may leave your parcel in a safe location (if applicable) or provide instructions for re-delivery or collection.

During peak shopping periods (such as Black Friday, Christmas, and major public holidays), delivery times may be longer than usual due to high courier demand. We recommend placing orders early to avoid delays.
