At GYROOR, we are committed to providing high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. This policy outlines our approach to returns, warranty claims, shipping, and brand protection.
Warranty Coverage
Standard Warranty Periods
Hoverboards, Bikes, Scooters & Ride-On Products
- 12 months battery
- 6 months parts & labour
Exclusions from Warranty
- Damage from misuse, neglect, overloading, or improper care.
- Normal wear and tear, including cracks or stress damage from long-term use.
- Water damage (unless product is specifically rated for water use).
Making a Warranty Claim
- Check Eligibility: Confirm your issue falls within warranty coverage.
- Submit Proof: Provide proof of purchase, photos or video, and a description of the fault by emailing info@gyroor.au.
- Return Shipping Label: If approved, our team will provide a return label (faulty/incorrect items only).
- Inspection: All returns are inspected. If confirmed as a manufacturing defect, we will repair, replace, or refund the item at no cost. If the issue is not covered, we may offer a repair/replacement at a reasonable cost.
Returns & Refunds
Faulty or Incorrect Products
- If your item is faulty, unsafe, significantly different to what was described, or incorrect, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.
- Minor issues that can be repaired will be addressed within 30 days of original purchase.
- We cover return shipping for confirmed faulty, damaged, or incorrect items.
Change of Mind Returns
Not required under law, but we may accept returns at our discretion if:
- The item is unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
- You as the buyer cover return shipping.
- A small restocking fee may apply.
Refund Processing
- Refunds are processed after inspection.
- If approved, they are issued back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Sale items are only refunded if faulty.
Exchanges
- Available if the product is defective or damaged.
- We do not offer exchanges for change of mind.

- A description of the fault or issue with the product.
- An image or video of the fault or issue with the product.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless they are faulty, damaged, or sent in error:
- Batteries and battery packs (as they degrade naturally over time)
- Charger cables and power adapters (due to wear and electrical safety concerns)
- Protective padding, grips, or seat covers once opened or used (hygiene reasons)
- Consumable accessories (e.g., decorative stickers, LED light strips, cosmetic add-ons)
Shipping for Returns
- Faulty Items: GYROOR covers shipping or arranges collection.
- Customer covers shipping and risk during transit. We recommend opting with trackable postage for items over $75.
- Refunds cannot be processed for returns without prior approval.

Consumer Guarantees
This policy does not exclude or limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law (ACL) or the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act (CGA). You are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement if goods show signs of a major fault, are unsafe, not fit for purpose, or do not match their description.
